SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Navigate to Email Services > Active Templates > Image displays in the step3:Body Text

2. Navigate to Email Services > Email Status > Click on "View Email" button > Image can't be displayed

3. Image can't be displayed in Outlook when candidates receive this email

Incorrect way to add images to email templates.

How to insert image in Email template：

1. Host the image on SuccessFactors server to generate a URL of the image. Please raise a Support ticket with the LOD-SF-PLT-HOS team by referring to the following PLT KBA 2157471 - Hosting Files on a SuccessFactors Server
2. Go to Email Services > 3. Define Email Content > Body Text > click on the "insert/edit image" button > Source, and enter the link requested in step 1
3. Save changes

Why doesn't the image show up in the email:

Scenario 1：View Email" can display the image, Outlook can't. 

The image is blocked due to Outlook settings. Please refer to the Outlook document - Block or unblock automatic picture downloads in email messages to unblock the image or adjust the setting. For any further clarifications, please reach out to Outlook support.

Scenario 2：Neither "View Email" nor Outlook can display the image. 

Please add the image via "insert/edit image" instead of pasting an image directly into the Body Text.

Scenario 3：The same image is added in different templates but only for some of the templates it is not displayed.

The source of the template that cannot display images is empty. Please also refer to the picture below.
