3364252 - It is not possible to assign a Responsible Group for Checklist task - Onboarding

Once trying to edit Checklist task in order to assign a Responsible group, there is no such option. Other tasks (like Recommend people, Recommend links) have "Required Task", "Due Date", "Assigned to".

Checklist task is an optional task, therefore it is not possible to assign a Responsible Group.

Checklist task is optional and as current system design we cannot change it as a "Required" one, therefore we don't have option to assign groups to it, it is expected behavior and currently a system limitation. 

We suggest you to refer your scenario and business in the Influence Portal, where our Product Management team will be analyzing your case and if successfully voted and approved, can be implemented in further product releases. Therefore, who is able to complete the task? Any user with the required permission to view and edit the Candidate information on Onboarding Dashboard.
