3364254 - You Need To Prevent a User Inside a Business Role From Not Changing the Settings on a Mobile Device

You are accessing the Mobile App in offline mode.

However, you are not able to disable certain options in Offline Settings in Mobile.

For example, you would like to prevent a user inside a business role from not changing the settings on a mobile device.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log into C4C in Mobile App.

2. Go to offline mode.

3. When logged in, you are not able to prevent a user inside a business role from not changing the settings on a mobile device.

The Offline Sync Setup shows separate tabs for queries configured by the administrator (Default Queries) and personalized queries created by the user (My Saved Queries).

You can select or deselect the queries to see only the queries that you want to see in your device when you work in offline mode.

You can choose to sync with any combination of queries, and the query selections are remembered in subsequent sync runs.

Deselecting a query deletes the data related to that query on the next sync.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to do this for business roles.

This feature is not supported in the current release of SAP Cloud for Customer.  An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Influence channel to submit an idea at SAP Sales Cloud Influence Portal.
