Symptom

'Missing authorization: PReq Create: Purch. Group 001' error message no. 06199 in My Purchase Requisitions- New app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

Missing worker details.

Resolution

In Manage Workforce app, no work agreements exist for the users that are facing the error. At least one valid work agreement should exist for that particular CB user.

Also, In Maintain Business User app, make sure the user has the business role SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE_PROCUREMENT and business catalog SAP_MM_BC_SSPPR_MANAGE_PC assigned.
