Cause
Missing worker details.
Resolution
In Manage Workforce app, no work agreements exist for the users that are facing the error. At least one valid work agreement should exist for that particular CB user. Also, make sure the user has the business role SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE_PROCUREMENT and business catalog SAP_MM_BC_SSPPR_MANAGE_PC assigned.
