• Missing authorization: PReq Create: Purch. Group 001 — error message no. 06199 in My Purchase Requisitions – New app.
• User defaults are not displayed in the My Purchase Requisitions – New app, even though the newly assigned role has been configured correctly.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Missing worker details.

1. In the Manage Workforce app, make sure the user has at least one active work agreement.
2. In the Maintain Business User app, ensure the user has the business role SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE_PROCUREMENT and business catalog SAP_PRC_BC_SSPPR_EMPLOYEE 
3. Verify the user is created correctly in Manage Workforce and the roles are assigned properly.
