Symptom
The following error occurs when logging into SAP Datasphere:
"The tenant is locked, please try again later or contact your administrator"
or
Technical Message: You're trying to access a tenant that is locked

Contact your Account Executive (AE) / Sales Representative / Customer Success Partner (CSP) / Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) to ensure your system is not being shut down and your contract is in good standing. For how to find who this person is in your company, check KBA 2626344.
