3364516 - Incorrect index adjustment calculation on contracts due to incorrect adjustment dates.

Symptom

In RE80/RECN transaction, by simulating the Adjustment with "Next Possible Valid-From", you can see that system is taking a wrong date to the new index level, and so the condition will be adjusted from incorrect date.
