Notice that some activated users consume no license, and some deactivated user still consume the license in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.8.18 (SAC)
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon SAC tenant.
- Go to Security-User page.
- See several users consume no license but not deactivated, and some deactivated user still consume license.
Cause
This is a product issue.
Resolution
This issue was resolved by development.
