Posting legacy take over values results in FAA_POST210 (New transfer of accumulated values not possible (asset &1))

S/4Hana Cloud

1. Enter Post Transfer Values For Legacy Asset app.
2. Enter legacy take over values.
3. Simulate posting. 

Legacy take over values have already been posted for at least one depreciation area in the ledger group.

Another approach can be to use Miscellaneous Transactions app, with transaction type 158.
Enter in your parameters for posting including the acquisition amount, then go to "Line Items" you can enter accumulated depreciation. 
In the Line Items section you can post to the required area. 

As per the long text of the error message, reverse the original transfer document and completely repost the correct values.
