Users can withdraw the submitted transfer of ownership request forms any time before they are fully approved. After a request is withdrawn, it moves to the Composing state and becomes editable. Users can update the required details, if required, and submit the request again. However, the users do not have the option to delete the transfer of ownership forms when the request is in Composing state.
