3364711 - Action Usage by Role report does not show all actions the user executed

Action Usage by User report is not working correctly. When the report is getting executed using the ‘By Role’ option for a particular transaction, it may not display all usage data. However, the execution data is visible if your run the report with ‘By User’ option.
