3364800 - Is not possible to remove Hire Template basic data pop-up on manage pending hires - Onboarding

Symptom

When Admin/HR Admin selects a candidate in Manage Pending Hires there is Basic Data pop-up which has a template selection drop down option. Is it possible to remove this pop-up?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Pending Hires
  2. Select a candidate
  3. Pop-up window will come with template selection in a drop down

Resolution

If Hire Template is in use it is expected behavior of the system that Basic Data pop-up will appear as the system requires to confirm which template will be used.
