3364801 - List editing selection by partner data - bad performance

In list editing transactions/programs/apps for notifications or orders: If you use the selection parameter "Partner", a preselection via the partner table is carried out. Afterwards the assigned notifications or orders are post-selected. 

If this preselection delivers too many hits, this can cause performance problems in the subsequent post-selection. Therefore this selection path is only carried out if the preselection does not exceed a maximum number of hits (if it exceeds the maximum number, the notification tables or order tables are selected first and then the results are checked for the correct partner).

Currently the limit for the preselection is 2000. If you don't use any other selection parameters than partners (or not very restrive ones), and the preselection exceeds 2000 hits, this program logic can lead to performance problems or timeout/memory dumps.
