3364803 - New Goods and Services Receipt Button Greyed out in Purchase Orders View

You have created and ordered the purchase order document. However New Goods and Service Receipt button is greyed out in the purchase orders view. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center
2. Go to Purchase Orders view
3. Select the relevant Purchase order
4. You can see that, New Goods and Service Receipt button is greyed out

New Goods and Service Receipt button will be disabled only for To-Stock purchase orders. You can create goods and service receipt with reference to purchase order for non-stock materials and services from purchase orders view. 

For To-Stock orders, you must go to Inbound Logistics work center and Purchase Orders view. Here you can click on Post Goods Receipt / New Supply Delivery Notification / Post Goods Receipts as Planned button is enabled for receipt creation.
