3364829 - Old HR Representatives Receive Massive Amount of Email Notifications When Fixing Document Transfer Issues

When Document Routing Notification or Employee Transfer Notification is enabled before enabling Automatically Fix Document Transfer and Change Engine Issues, old HR representatives receive a massive number of email notifications.

1. Make a change in user data (i.e., changing the Manager, Matrix Manager, Position)
2. Have Document Routing Notification or Employee Transfer Notification enabled
3. Enable Automatically Fix Document Transfer and Change Engine Issues
4. Old HR representatives receive a massive amount of emails

This is tentatively scheduled to be fixed in the 2311 release. Release dates can be reviewed on Product Release & Road Map Information.

Workaround:
