Symptom
In SAP IBP the business users are linked to an employee as described on the SAP Help Portal under - Create and Edit Business Users.
Jobs scheduled in SAP IBP have a Business User as owner who scheduled the job and the jobs are executed using the authorization of that user.
The person who scheduled the jobs may move to another department or leave the company, which would otherwise require rescheduling their periodic jobs. To avoid this, configure a "Technical Job User" to schedule jobs - this is a generic user that is not linked to a real person/real business user.
