3364904 - 360 Multi-Rater Form Headers Wrapping When System Prompts Are in Languages Other Than en_US

When modifying a 360 form in languages other than en_US, prompts are translated into longer versions than in English which causes the form template header to shrink and the text can no longer be read.

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

1. Change default language to French/Hungarian (example pictures are in French)
2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Performance
3. Open 360 form
4. When starting to scroll down the form, the form header will wrap but will still be readable
   
5. Scroll to any section and provide a rating
6. A notification appears in the form header (You have unsaved changes) = the form header wraps but is not readable
   
7. The Auto save notification appears (Changes saved) = the form header wraps but is not readable
   
   
8. Scroll back to the top of the form and the header adjusts to where it's readable
