Blank answers to individual bank questions mapped to the vendor.bankInfos.bankDetails field weren't sent to the integrated ERP system, even in sites with the feature SM-22896: Include empty elements enabled. When a questionnaire respondent removed a previous answer, the answer wasn't removed in the ERP system, causing data mismatch. The issue occurred because when the vendor.bankInfos.bankDetails field was blank, the bank details <SpecificationDescription> element wasn't included in outbound integration messages to the ERP system.
