3365018 - Customer data not updated in Solution Manager for single customer scenario

Symptom

Although jobs REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT resp. REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_ (CONT.) are running regularly on the Solution Manager system, no relevant data like e.g. license data for the managed systems are downloaded. The joblogs do not indicate an error but there is also no entry indicating that any data was downloaded. A multi-customer scenario like VAR is not in use.
