3365134 - Archiving Records Older than 24 Months function - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Received a notification that Archiving Records Older than 24 Months function will be enabled to the instances.

Inactive records that are older than 24 months are archived to improve system performance.

Resolution

You can change the default retention period of 24 months by submitting a support ticket. 

You can only access active records that are within 24 months by default or your preferred retention period in the following pages:

  • On/Offboarding 1.0 Dashboard >> Reports >> Reports

  • On/Offboarding 1.0 Dashboard >> Admin Reports >> Activities

  • On/Offboarding 1.0 Dashboard >> Admin Reports >> Processed Forms

You can switch the search scope between active records or all records in the following pages:

  • On/Offboarding 1.0 Dashboard >> Reports >> Signature Transactions

  • On/Offboarding 1.0 Dashboard >> Settings >> Audit Trail

  • On/Offboarding 1.0 Dashboard >> Reports >> Advanced Reports

  • Note: in Advanced Reports, all records, both active and archived, will be fetched automatically.
