3365167 - WBS element not found while performing Budget Transfer

WBS element not found in the F4 help while doing Budget Transfer using the app 'Manage Budget Document - Projects'.

In the app 'Manage Budget Documents - Projects', all the budget documents like budget transfer, budget supplement or budget return, can be created only between the lower level WBS elements that belong to the same company code and not at the project definition level. Hence, in order to transfer budgets make sure there are lower level WBS elements created for the project.
