Symptom
- Need to assign a new Administrator for SAP Cloud ALM.
- Original SAP Cloud ALM provisioning requester has left the company and Admin access must be reassigned.
- Administrator access for SAP Cloud ALM is not available or cannot be granted.
- Need to update or change the IT Contact for the SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
- Missing administrator role collections prevent access to the SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
