Symptom

  • Need to assign a new Administrator for SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Original SAP Cloud ALM provisioning requester has left the company and Admin access must be reassigned.
  • Administrator access for SAP Cloud ALM is not available or cannot be granted.
  • Need to update or change the IT Contact for the SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
  • Missing administrator role collections prevent access to the SAP Cloud ALM tenant.
