3365343 - Error "500 SAP Internal Server Error" while updating the data via Mass Data Maintenance

You are trying to perform the update the Materials via Mass Data Maintenance, however while updating the file, you are getting error as "500 SAP Internal Server Error".

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center
2. Click on Import Material Link
3. Upload the file which is attached to this case
4. You will get dump as shown below:

This is mostly due to number of Quotes (") occurring continuously in the csv file provided.

We kindly ask you to search and correct the entries having too many Quotes (") and once you correct the erroneous records via notepad and try performing the migration/import should work.
