3365346 - Transporting the Logical path RSPO_FILE_LOCATION

Symptom

After following SAP KBA #3364842 - "Logical path RSPO_FILE_LOCATION", the newly created Logical path RSPO_FILE_LOCATION needs to be manually added to a Transport Request.
