Symptom
- Scheduled Reports fail with the error message intermittently:
Failed to get server enterprise session. Reason: [com.crystaldecisions.sdk.exception.SDKServerException: Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003) cause:com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.idl.OCA.oca_abuse: IDL:img.seagatesoftware.com/OCA/oca_abuse:3.2 detail:Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003) The server supplied the following details: OCA_Abuse exception 10503 at [exceptionmapper.cpp : 67] 42010 {} ...Not a valid logon token. (FWB 00003) Invalid token ]. - AJS logs findings :
com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.OCAFrameworkException$AllServicesDown: Unable to find servers in CMS XXXX:6400 and cluster @XXXX with kind cms and service null. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)
