3365393 - Time to Hire Field Values Inserted via OData API Not Working on Calculation - Recruiting Management

Time to Hire calculation does not work if Time to Hire field values are inserted through OData API.

The issue happened due to the fact that through OData API, UPSERT for JobApplication entity was not handing to update TIME_TO_HIRE column in RCM_APPLICATION table through code provided all parameters are present for calculating the TIME_TO_HIRE.

The issue will be fixed within 2H 2023 release. In the meantime, the follow workaround can be applied to trigger the calculation. Note that the workaround fix existing Job Applications only, and it'll cover new Job Applications created after having the workaround applied.

Workaround: 

1. Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings;
2. Under Applicant Profile Settings > Time to Hire:
   
   1. Change one of the Time to Hire fields;
   2. Save the changes;
   3. Revert the change back by selecting the previous field;
   4. Save the changes.
3. The Time to Hire values should be populated within 10 minutes.
