3365541 - Issue with importing deploying Function Library imported from SAP PI to Cloud Integration

Symptom

While doing SAP PI/PO to CI migration facing below issue.
When importing function library [library_name] from SAP PI system, it is getting imported successfully but when trying to deploy it it is giving below error:

Error:

"[CONTENT][CONTENT_DEPLOY][GenerationFailed] : Validation of the artifact failed. Fix the problems listed below and redeploy the artifact. Generation and build failed for FL_Test as validation of resource is failed Validation failed for the method [method_name] defined in the Java class [class_name].java. When the executionType is ALL_VALUES_OF_CONTEXT, except the last and second last arguments, all others must be of type String [], float [], or int []."
