Symptom
- You have configured the REST receiver channel and observed the below error:
MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.aii.adapter.rest.ejb.security.SSLException: SSL-enabled call failed. Error while configuring SSL client Error retrieving certificates. - In the XPI 50 Trace you can see the error below:
Catching java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Error loading config file: java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\usr\sap\POP\SYS\global\security\lib\tools\SSLContext.properties (The system cannot find the path specified)
at iaik.security.ssl.SSLContext.<init>(SourceFile:733)
at iaik.security.ssl.SSLClientContext.<init>(SourceFile:228)at com.sap.aii.adapter.rest.ejb.security.IAIKSSLContextFactory.generateSSLContentxt(IAIKSSLContextFactory.java:81)
Error while configuring SSL client with props={useJDKSSF=false, trustedStore=TrustedCAs, verifyHostname=false, validateBasicConstraints=false, useCertificates=false}!
Note: Even though the path is correctly configured in Configtool or NWA as below:
Correct configuration: -Diaik.security.ssl.configFile=file:/<Logical Drive>:/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/security/data/SSLContext.properties
But the XPI Trace still shows the error as: -Diaik.security.ssl.configFile=D:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\global\security\data\SSLContext.properties
