3365630 - MD04 stock transfer reservation not display in plant in ECC system.

Symptom

There is a stock transfer reservation 0000123456 with storage location 1001 and receiving storage location 1002.
But in T-code MD04, the reservation is not displaying in plant 1000 though it has entry in table RESB.
