Symptom

  • You want to keep the data when creating a temporary table after "ON COMMIT" using "NOT TRANSACTION";
  • When using "DECLARE LOCAL TEMPORARY TABLE" or "CREATE GLOBAL TEMPORARY TABLE", the data do not persist after "ON COMMIT".
