3365758 - Why is on-premise system not collecting data in SAP Cloud ALM?

Symptom

  • Health Monitoring failed for S/4HANA
  • Setting up managed system to connect to SAP Cloud ALM and no data is collected
  • Most of monitoring use-cases are working properly however the Health Monitoring has Runtime Status > Error
  • The collectors do not show any errors and the use cases are configured and active, but the data still not collected.
  • Monitoring for ABAP system is showing Data Collection error and Message:
    • [No Data] Last data received <X> minutes ago
    • [No Data] Last data received <X> hours ago
    • [No Data] Last data received <X> days ago
    • [No Data] No data received.
      
  • See warning:
    • Collection status Health Monitoring <Date Time>
    • The service/system did not send new data yet
