Symptom

  • Health Monitoring failed for S4HANA
  • Setup the first S/4HANA monitoring in Cloud ALM
  • Setting up managed system to connect to SAP Cloud ALM and no data is collected
  • Most of monitoring use-cases are working properly however the Health Monitoring is runtime error status
  • The collectors do not show any errors, and the configuration is active
  • After a week, no Health Monitoring data is collected
