3365766 - Budget planning upload error

Trying to upload a budget planning via Microsoft Excel SAP Business ByDesign add-in, but an error happens

  The following Error(s) occurred while saving data:
  The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
  Total Number of Records Saved: 0

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the MS Excel file.
2. In the SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN tab, execute the logon.
3. Click Save Data to.
4. Error occurs.

A possible cause of this issue is that one or more Cost Center(s) is/are no longer active.

Review the Cost centers and check if they are valid and active.

1. Go to the Cost and Revenue Work Center.
2. Select the view Cost Centers.
3. Look up the Cose Centers mentioned in the Excel upload.
4. Check the Validation dates for cost centers.

The dump is due to the fact that the cost center XYZ is no longer active.   (XYZ is the Cost Center ID that is also used in the Excel file upload).
