You are trying to upload a budget planning via Microsoft Excel SAP Business ByDesign add-in, but an error happens

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
Total Number of Records Saved: 0

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the MS Excel file
2. In the SAP BUSINESS BYDESIGN tab, execute the logon.
3. Click Save Data to.
4. Error occurs.

A possible cause of this issue is that one or more Cost Center(s) is/are no longer active

Review the Cost centers and check if they are valid and active.

You can check it under Cost and Revenue Work Center  > Cost Centers view
