3365844 - Not able to add employee's name to milestone award e-mail - Rewards and Recognition

Symptom

Unable to add username token for milestones award e-mail notification, so employee's name is not available.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFActors Rewards and Recognition

Resolution

The token supported for Milestone Awards is [[userId]] which will have the output as [[FirstName LastName]].
