3365849 - Error "Postal Code X Must Be of Length Y"

Error "Postal Code X Must Be of Length Y" shows when updating the Postal Code field.

1. Navigation Menu.
2. Go to Accounts View.
3. Open Account 123 (where 123 is the account ID).
4. Enter the value in the Postal Code field.
5. See the error message.

The Postal Code you are using is not accepted due to the Postal Code Length that is maintained for the Country of the Account.

You can update the Postal Code Length of a Country by following the steps below:

1. Click on the User-Menu icon.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click All Settings.
4. Click Language & Region, under General.
5. Select Country/Region.
6. Find the Country which is maintained in the Account.
7. Update the Postal Code Length.
