Symptom
- The <server>.bak file has the syb_default pool and syb_blocking pool in the following order:
[Thread Pool:syb_default_pool]
number of threads = 4
idle timeout = 100
[Thread Pool:syb_blocking_pool]
number of threads = 4
- Making a config change in ASE
sp_configure "number of locks", 5000
go
- Rebooting ASE after making change, The syb_blocking_pool and syb_thread_pool changes position
[Thread Pool:syb_blocking_pool]
number of threads = 4
[Thread Pool:syb_default_pool]
number of threads = 4
idle timeout = 100
- If no configuration change is made and ASE is rebooted. The pools do not change position
