3365876 - There is no approval flow for creating this supplier. This supplier will be created and immediately invited to the event.

Symptom

When a user creates a sourcing project in Guided Sourcing and invites a supplier, a pop-up message appears if they click on "Create New Supplier" or "Cancel" instead of creating. "There is no approval flow for creating this supplier. This supplier will be created and immediately invited to the event." 

Is there a way to get this message removed?
