• Dimension filter cannot be set when building a chart, if custom hierarchy settings are used for the dimension in the story in SAC.
• Error in browser console log: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'displayMode')
• Story is Optimized Design Experience (ODE).
• Live data connection to Datasphere.
• Workaround: switch hierarchy settings to Flat presentation.
