3365978 - Complete list of time types are not displayed when editing the existing leave request

When amending the existing leave request, the complete list of time types linked to the time profile is not displayed.

Successfactors Employee Central - Time Management

1. Navigate to Time Off ESS/Admin UI
2. Edit the existing Leave request
3. Only certain time types are displayed rather than displaying all the time profile linked time types

Working As Designed

• It is an expected behavior.
• Depending on the absence class of the existing leave request time types, the system will filter the time types that are displayed.
• For instance, only the time types of the absence class sickness will be displayed if the existing leave request Time Type is of the absence class Sickness.
• Similarly, if the current absence time type 'absence class' is unspecified, the system will only display the time types of the unspecified absence class.
• The system will further filter the absence class "unspecified" based on LOA and Non-LOA time types.
• List of time types displayed on ESS UI, also depends on the option "Enabled in employee self-service scenario" under Time Profile>Time Type>Details
