3366007 - Manage Service Contract App is displaying as deprecated - S/4HANA Cloud 2308

Within S/4HANA Public Cloud 2308 the Manage Service Contract App (APP ID F3763) is showing on the system as deprecated.

However, there’s a limitation that some Smart Business apps cannot be searched on SAP Fiori Launchpad. Currently, it’s only possible to search for Smart Business KPI tiles with configurations that has a generic drilldown.  For more information, refer to Note  2434549. 

• Within the 2308 release the user can use a new tile to launch the Manage Service Contracts app from the SAP Fiori launchpad.
• The old tile Manage Service Contracts (Deprecated) will be soon deleted.
• The new tile displays key performance indicators (KPIs), including number of contracts with errors, number of contracts with situations, and number of contracts without any errors or situations.
• The app itself has not changed in any way. 

• To find the apps and add them to your home page or other group, use the app finder:

  1. Choose your profile picture, your initials or the User Actions Menu icon located at the top right corner of the shell header.

  2. In the menu, choose App Finder.

  3. In the app finder, search for the Manage Service Contract app.

  4. Use the + (Add tile) icon to add the app to the required group or your home page.
