Termination End Handling process not working for users when the termination is done via import

Successfactors Employee Central - Time Management

1. Navigate to Import Employee Data>Termination Details
2. Import the Termination file
3. Check the employee time data
4. Termination End Handling process is not executed

Working As Designed

• It is expected behaviour.
• Currently, the system doesn't support Termination End Handling (TEH) for the terminations done via import.
• The Product Team is planning to support TEH for the import scenario from the b2311 release tentatively.

Possible Workaround:

After successful Termination import, create Time Management Task under Manage data manually as;

1. Status as To Be Processed
2. Execute Task on Save as Yes
3. Type  : Termination End Handling
4. Scheduled Date: today or the termination date of the user
5. Execute on Save will trigger the TLM Job immediately; if not, you can run the TLM Trigger Task Job on the Provisioning System.
6. Check the status of the Time management Task after completion

For mass number of terminations import,

1. Navigate to Import and Export>Download Template> Time Management Task> Include dependencies as No>Download the template
2. Capture the user ID, set the Status: TO_BE_PROCESSED , Type: TIME_MANAGEMENT_TERMINATION_END_HANDLING, Execute Task on Save: TRUE , Scheduled Date
3. It is required that you need to change only USER ID and Scheduled date, other columns remain static
