3366047 - Telephone number under communication not updated with CL_MD_BP_MAINTAIN in S/4HANA

In S/4HANA, when updating telephone number under communication with the API CL_MD_BP_MAINTAIN, the telephone is not updated. Instead, telephone under Address-Independent Communication is updated.

The error message R11 130 "An address with GUID does not exist for business partner" might also be raised.
