3366086 - DB6 - Temporary Tablespaces placed offline with error "Duplicate container" and RHEL 7 and later versions.

Symptom

DB6 - Temporary Tablespaces are placed offline due to "Duplicate Container" on RHEL 7 and later versions.

The db2diag.log reports the following errors for the temporary tablespaces.

Container /db2/<SID>/sapdata<nr>/db2<SID>/NODE0000/<SID>/XXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXX.TMP already used by tablespace PSAPTEMP16.

Error can be for any of the Temp tablespaces with one or more reporting to be offline, (SYSTOOLSTMPSPACE, PSAPTEMP32).
