3366199 - Naukri Integration Update - Recruiting Posting

Since end of 2021, Naukri (new version) has changed the mechanism of posting in the technical level and every new subscriptions (new contract of customers) given by Naukri will not be supported with the existing Naukri (older version) integration with Recruiting Posting. 

Recruiting Posting has updated the integration in order to fit with the technical requirement of Naukri.

SAP Successfactors Recruiting Posting

Naukri job board updated its APIs, so a new integration was built and is available to you as Naukri in the Job Board Marketplace from 21st September 2023. The Naukri (Deprecated) job board used the older integration version with Recruiting Posting.

With the new integration,

• The existing customers can continue to use the Naukri (Deprecated) job board to post jobs until they renew their contract with the Naukri job board. 
• New and existing customers who renewed their subscriptions will have to configure the Naukri job board by providing the API Key.
• Naukri no longer supports URL redirection, which means the candidate cannot apply for jobs directly in the customer's career site, resulting in SAP SuccessFactors not receiving candidate data back.

The Recruiting Posting - Naukri (Deprecated) job board integration will be deleted on May 2, 2024. It will no longer be available and that we must use the "Naukri" job board from now on.
