3366200 - DG filter impact on Onboarding

Once we remove the DG filter, it is impacting onboarding, Admin and the hiring manager is not able to see the candidates

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Login to SAP SuccessFactors

2. Select onboarding dashboard

3. Search for the candidate 

4. Candidate is not available on onboarding dashboard.

Expected behavior

The system has designed in a way that if you are using permission groups, DG filter should be given to view candidates who have future start date, It doesn’t matter if the group is internal or external. If you have defined an external user target group, you should use Dg filter.

There is No workaround. If you want to use permission groups.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
