Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center
- Search for "Enable Mobile Features"
- Select "Mobile Specific"
- See new switch called "Disable peer display in Org Chart"
Resolution
To improve the amount of time to load render the mobile Org Chart UI, a new switch called "Disable peer display in Org Chart" is added with the September 2023 release to allow administrators to turn off/on the display of peers information in Mobile Org Chart.
This the feature will be Opt-in and the switch will be turned off by default. End users will continue to view peers in mobile Org Chart. However, if you’re experiencing performance issues
in Mobile Org Chart, we recommend that the feature is turned on.
Please note that the settings change may take several hours to reflect on the Mobile app. Our team is working on further optimizing the performance.
Important: In the November 2023 release, this feature will be automatically turned on by default and all customer employees will not see the peers on the UI. If the customer wants to continue display peers, then they will need to turn off this feature.
