3366215 - User Learning History Report Displays Incorrect Currency Symbol after Updating Learning History

The Learning History Report, when ran by end users and not admin with all details, does not show the correct currency symbol when comparing to the history record.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create an item with a cost associated to it
2. Add to Learning History with Finance and record completion with a user
3. As the end user that just received completion go to the Quick Links tile > Reports
4. Run the User Learning History (CSV) and make sure the report type is Detail
5. See that the Tuition column shows the Currency ID + Value
6. Now go to Edit Learning History > Find the completion record of the user > Financial Tab > change to another currency value and apply changes
7. Run the report again as the end user and see that the Currency ID has not updated from the previous one

• This issue will be corrected in the 2H 2023 (b2311) Release

If an updated report is necessary, please contact SAP Support to receive the fixed reports. They will have to be imported as custom reports. Prior to importing, make sure to rename the report name in the zip file that is provided. After importing a new permission is created and that permission has to be provided to the user role.
