3366281 - EC Imports Purge Job deletes EP data

Symptom

Employee Profile (EP) data for the employees imported in Employee Central (EC) was deleted. Just the username and userID was maintained. 

Environment

SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Delete Employee data;
  2. Check Provisioning and see "EC imports purge job" has run.

Cause

This Job is to purge Employee Data Imports Jobs that are beyond the retention period .Earlier this purge job was part of BizxDailyRuleProcessing and now it is decoupled and is run separately on 15th of every month.

This is an auto-configured job, and no action is required from customer.

Resolution

Run full HRIS sync once to solve the issue.
