3366310 - Excel crashes when refreshing queries based on the SAP OleDB 64 bit driver

Symptom

Excel hangs when connecting to HANA locally using EPM add-in. This behavior is also observed when connecting BW/4 Hana Bex query from other tools.

This behavior started after applying Microsoft update KB5028166 and/or KB5028169.
