When routing an offer approval for approval process, a custom field is being erased becoming null, although a value was added to the field.

The custom field is a referenced field, coming either from the Job Application or the Job Requisition templates, and the field doesn't exist in the source templates.

When a custom field is used in the template, it must also be configured in the source template, otherwise it won't work. If a field should only exist in the offer approval template, then a standalone field should be used instead.
