3366348 - 1H 2023 : "Assign to Others" Behavior Inconsistency with Course Home Enabled - SuccessFactors Learning

With course home enabled, "Assign to Others" is available on item details page even if the item is not in user's library.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 2305

1. Login to LMS administration > Course Home enabled
2. Assign an item (not in any library) to a manager
3. Access Learning side
4. There is no "Assign to others" option in the action menu on learning assignment tile
5. However, the "Assign to others" option is available when user clicks into item details page
6. Disable course home
7. Access Learning side again
8. "Assign to others" option is not available on both learning assignment tile and item details page

This is a known issue in b2305 release and will be fixed in 2311 release.
