3366464 - CRM WebUI Assignment Block is expanded even though the Lazy settings in configuration or personalization

Symptom

When manually expanding the assignment block for one ‘Opportunity’, then opening another ‘Opportunity’, it can be seen that the same assignment block is expanded, which is against either Lazy setting in configuration or "Not expanded" setting in personalization.
